Thrombosis? Help!

Thrombosis? Help!

Hello

I am practicing PE for about 7-8 months now, only did manuals.
My latest routine consists of 20 minutes assisted V stretches and about 20 minutes jelqing and pressure holding (I grip a 60% erection at the base, kegel in all the blood I can and do a slight jelq motion to pump the penis). 5 days / week.

In my jelq sessions I get teenie tiny red dots, but the good kind, I really feel the workout is efficient lately.
But I am now on an ongoing 2 weeks break, since I have this chord on my dorsal part of the penis.
I have read a lot about mondor’s and thrombosis and clogged lymph vessels, BUT: my chord is not just under the skin, is down deep. It doesn’t move with the skin. It feels like it is tied to the upper CC, right in the middle of the shaft.
It circles the shaft, just below the glans and it continues down and into the left side of the pubic bone. I can feel it all the way until it disappears under the bone.
It does not hurt, just a little when erect, when it is also really visible and stringy.
My EQ is not affected, if anything, my erections are really hard, rock solid.
Anyone went through it or knows what it is, so I know what treatment to follow?

Thank you!

Update:

After writing this post I massaged it with a bit of coconut oil. For about 10 minutes.
It disappeared almost completely, except a small lump in the middle of the shaft, just below the glans.
I am pretty sure it will be back tomorrow morning though.
Does the fact that it disappeared at least for now mean it’s not thrombosis?

Hello. Something similar has been happening to me for months. My cord feels hard (it doesn’t hurt) after pumping with the barhmate. Then, I massage myself with coconut oil and the hard cord disappears. Every time I do a routine with the bathmate it appears again and then disappears, it’s something strange because you can’t see it, it’s not hot, and it doesn’t hurt. Only the hard vein along the penis is noticeable.

It sounds more like a blocked lymph duct. The lump sounds like a lymph node.

When your penis swells to fill the tube, part of it is blood, mostly in the cavernosa and glans, and part of it is lymphatic fluid, which is primarily between the skin and cavernosa. It’s lymph that causes you to ‘pack’ the tube, and what causes the ‘donut.’

Lymph just sort of migrates through the body, in the spaces between the organs, muscles, and even cells. However, it has a return path of lymph ducts, like the venous half of your blood circulatory system. Instead of a heart, it has hundreds of tiny pea-sized "nodes", which are one-way valves that circulate lymphatic fluid back up to… come to think of it, I don’t know where it goes back to. Somewhere in the torso, anyway.

The lymph can carry some kinds of waste products away from the limbs or penis, and sometimes the ducts get clogged with "stuff." I got a clogged lymph duct earlier this year. After reviewing various threads on the subject, I used heat, gentle stroking back toward the body, and topical application of an anti-inflammatory called Diclofenac. I’m not sure if the Diclofenac did anything, but since I had it on hand, it was worth a try. It took two or three weeks before the lymph duct was completely clear.

As long as you can easily deal with it via massage, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Thank you Andy, for your (as always) clear and informative response.
It does make sense. Also makes me think that the after-workout girth gains are mostly due to some lymph fluid being in the penis, doing its thing.
The "chord" is gone for now, but I will keep the break going for one more week, a semi decon break can’t hurt

thanks again, cheers!

If you can find some time, do some searches on "thrombosis" and "blocked lymph" while you’re deconditioning. Years ago when clamping was more popular, there was extensive discussion of identification and treatment; I just hit the high spots.
